Getting to Ghent
In Brussels Airport you can take a train to Ghent at one of the two platforms (1 or 2) on floor -1. There are trains to Ghent St. Pierre every hour. The journey will take approximately 55 minutes. The congress itself takes place at three locations in the city center of Ghent.
DAY 1: Ghent University, Culture and Convention Centre Het Pand
Onderbergen 1, 9000 Ghent
From train station Gent Sint-Pieters you can take tram 1 or tram 24 to Korenmarkt, this will take approximately 10 minutes. From Korenmarkt it will take you another 5 minutes to get to Het Pand. On the map you can see the route you should follow.
DAY 2: Campo Nieuwpoort
Nieuwpoort 31-35, 9000 Gent
From train station Gent Sint-Pieters you can take tram 1 or tram 24 to Korenmarkt, this will take approximately 10 minutes. From Korenmarkt it will take you another 10 or 15 minutes to Campo Nieuwpoort. On the map you can see the route you should follow.
DAY 3: Arts Centre Vooruit
Sint-Pietersnieuwstraat 23, 9000 Ghent
From train station Gent Sint-Pieters you can take tram 1 to Savaanstraat, this will take approximately 5 minutes. From Savaanstraat it will take another 5 minutes to Arts Centre Vooruit. On the map you can see the route you should follow.
